Save the Date: April 26 – 29, 2027 the Global Exposome Summits returns for three full days of collaboration and exchange in Bethesda, Maryland – a short Metro ride from Washington, DC.
Co-hosted by the Global Exposome Forum (GEF) and the Network for Exposomics in the US (NEXUS), the hands-on conference will bring together policy makers, researchers, clinicians, and partners in industry to build consensus on current needs and organize around opportunities to scale exposomics in the US and abroad.
Facilitated by the GEF, the Summit will highlight initiatives forming abroad, elevating the voices of local leaders and hearing from them on the regionally specific priorities. Organized by the leaders at NEXUS, US-based initiatives will also be discussed and broader exchange between academia and US health agencies considered. Further details will be shared as they become available.
To create a conference that is responsive to the needs of the exposomics community, organizing partners – GEF and NEXUS – will be hosting virtual town hall meetings every second Wednesday of the month July – September. These virtual town halls will offer an open forum for constituents and community members to shape this meeting by identifying the topics, programming, and session structures which would most benefit current research practice and anticipated needs.
